BANDON-based auctioneers Mark Kelly has recently joined Sherry FitzGerald group.

The business will trade as Sherry FitzGerald Mark Kelly, led by local property professional Mark Kelly, who brings over 30 years of experience and a strong professional network across Cork and beyond.

Mark Kelly Property was founded in 2009, and since then has grown into a well-known agency in Bandon and beyond.

A licensed property services provider through the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA), Mark is a Certified Valuer (MIPAV (CV)), a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) and the European Confederation of Real Estate Agents (CEPI), and a TEGoVA Recognised European Valuer (TRV), bringing strong technical expertise to his role.

The office will continue to operate with Mark’s established team, including office administrator Lou Burke, and negotiator Nicole Walsh Farrell.

Mark Kelly said that joining Sherry FitzGerald was an ‘exciting new chapter’ for the business.

‘Since establishing in 2009, we have built a strong reputation in Bandon and across West Cork, and this move allows us to take that to the next level. The strength of the Sherry FitzGerald brand, combined with its national network, research and technology, will enable us to deliver even greater value to our clients,’ he said.

The announcement comes as Mark Kelly Sherry FitzGerald has signed up to take part in the Pieta House Darkness Into Light.

Those registered to take part in the event can visit the Bandon office to collect their event t-shirts.

Mark Kelly said he was ‘delighted to be supporting Pieta’s Darkness Into Light for the first time this year.’

He added that Mark Kelly Sherry FitzGerald were ‘really looking forward to taking part and engaging with our local community in such a positive way’
