Hundreds of volunteers took part in the KWD West Cork & Kerry County Clean-Up Day and An Taisce’s National Spring Clean in villages around the region. Despite the wet weather, many Tidy Town volunteers donned gloves and cleaned up in Rosscarbery and surrounds. Castlehaven GAA Supporters braved the wind and rain today to do their bit supporting the Cork GAA Clean Up Day. Gloves, Hi Viz Tops, Bin Bags and Litter Pickers were all supplied at the Havens Moneyvollahane Pitch for those picking along the roads of the parish.
