MET ÉIREANN has issued a status yellow snow/ice warning for West Cork and the rest of the county.
The warning is currently valid, from 21:00 Thursday to 09:00 Friday.
Met Éireann says possible impacts of the rain include 'difficult travelling conditions and poor visibility'.
